Advance payment in cash, deposit, or online payment is mandatory to obtain a confirmed reservation. Before confirming your reservation, please carefully review our cancellation policy. Rates displayed online are subject to change until the confirmation voucher is generated, as rates are dynamic.

The estimated cost: The estimated cost of your stay includes the confirmed hotel rate as well as any applicable taxes and fees. Please note that actual taxes, fees, and any applicable cess at the time of your stay may vary from the estimates provided. You are liable to pay any additional costs resulting from amendments in taxes, fees, etc. Currency conversions provided are estimates and are for informational purposes only. Your bill upon checkout will be charged in the hotel’s local currency.

Modification & Cancellation: If your plans change, please inform us in writing of any cancellations or amendments to your reservation. The cancellation request for online bookings will be processed automatically through our Internet Booking Engine, subject to our cancellation rules. Refunds for cancellations, if applicable, will be processed within two to four weeks. Please note that non-cancellable bookings will not be refunded.

Exceptions:

Occupancy: Normal occupancy allows a maximum of two people per room. Additional guests, if the room size permits, will be charged extra as per the prevalent rate of the hotel.

Deposit & Online Payment: A deposit or online payment equivalent to the total room nights booked for the entire stay is required in advance to secure your reservation. We accept deposits only against Maestro, Visa, and MasterCard. Corporate reservations must be secured by a company credit card.

Check-In & Check-Out: Normal check-in time is 12 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available by prior arrangement, subject to availability and confirmation. Please notify us of late arrivals after 6 PM.

Special Requests & Confirmations: Special requests, such as airport pick-up, are subject to availability and should be communicated at the time of booking. Once your reservation is confirmed, a confirmation number and voucher will be generated. Please present the confirmation voucher upon arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process.
